Our mindfulness room contains a UMT (Unconscious Mind Therapy) Pod, an advanced massage chair which provides a full body massage. During your massage, you can listen to meditations by Robert Hisee, a well-renowned Unconscious Mind Therapist. Robert has helped improve the mindset of people across the country for many years.
The chair features cocoon 6D real massage technology, which offers vertical width, depth and rhythm massage. This provides an experience that can aid recovery or simply give you a relaxing body massage.
While you unwind in the massage chair, the inbuilt touch screen allows you to choose different UMT sessions ranging from confidence, anxiety, depression, addiction, weight loss or just simple meditations, to name a few.
With gentle lighting, stunning audio and powerful sessions, you will gently fall into a deep state of relaxation, allowing your mind to regenerate. You will leave the Mindfulness Room with a refreshed mind and a more positive outlook.
