PURE Spa & Beauty are looking for an individual to join our Customer service team in our central Head Office. Our Customer service Team is fundamental to the operations and the PURE client journey so we are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for beauty and spa. As a member of the customer service team you will work beside our existing Customer Call Handler to ensure the highest level of telephone and web chat customer service and care at all times, improving the client booking in the salon and telephone answering rates.
Our staff members are one of the main reasons that PURE clients return to us, so we recognise how important PURE People are. We require dedicated individuals that want to join the UK’s Day Spa of the Year 2013 & Employer of the Year 2015. You will be expected to handle booking enquiries, utilise the appointment diary through effective diary management and maximise opportunities to increase salon sales through recommending additional treatments, retail products or gift vouchers. Our customer service team are usually the first impression of PURE and you need to be able to make a fantastic impact on our clients!

Skills and Characteristics Required:
- Previous experience in a related work field (eg, Hospitality/call centre/retail sales) - full training will be provided
- High levels of customer service skills and attention to detail
- Passion for the industry
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to multi task
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
