JOB SCOPE

Increase salon target year on year comparison by maximising the use of salon resources and increasing the salon occupancy by 20% in the first year. Lead and motivate the salon team to achieve and exceed spa targets, and deliver a consistently high level of client service at all times by increasing client retention by 10-15% within the first 6 months. Develop the business to maximise the staff utilisation and salon profitability, and influence growth in all areas of business by increasing staff utilisation to 80% in the first year. Promote the PURE brand image and desired work culture within the Spa. Promote brand excellence at all times to clientele.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Group operations, Finance department, Marketing team, Other Spa Managers, Assistant Managers, Senior Therapists, Therapist team, Front of House Team.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY Reporting to the Group Sales and Customer Experience Manager you are responsible for the operational and financial performance of your location within the PURE group. You will take ownership and control of all aspects of salon management including Staffing & HR, Commercial/Financial, Client Journey & Quality Control, and Business Development & Marketing. You will use the company training program to help develop and implement suitable staff incentives and motivational strategies to deliver further improvements in operational and financial performance. You will also take ownership of building your location’s revenue streams through effective management and development of the client and corporate customer base, using your business development skills to drive the business forward and secure revenue from new market places.
