Office Manager/ Executive PA

Location: Rose Street

Main Duties & Responsibilities • Dealing with enquiries by telephone, email, and in person • Organising, filing, and storing documents and electronic information; maintaining office systems • Finance report generation and information gathering • Purchase Order system management • Complete monthly payroll for the group • Ensure company accounts, accounts system and contract administration up to date and accurate on a monthly basis. • Preparation of regular reconciliations to be reviewed by the Finance Manager, to complete monthly bank and VAT reconciliations • To complete bookkeeping for company and close off each month end producing accurate profit and loss account, balance sheet and trial balance so that monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts can be produced. Head Office Management • Preparation of service provider quotations and management of ongoing contractual relationships with suppliers eg IT, maintenance contractors to help minimise costs and maximise profitability within the group. •
