PURE Returns Policy
We unfortunately and without exception cannot accept any returns unless they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. Refunds for products bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Gift vouchers are valid for use at PURE for 10 months from date of purchase. Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To ensure smooth return of your products, please ensure that you follow the steps below:
Step 1: Email email@example.com to advise them that you will be returning products. Please ensure that you quote your full name, date of order and order number (found on your invoice or packing slip). Without this information, we may be unable to trace your order or provide a refund.
Step 2: Return your goods in the original packaging with your invoice. Please ensure that the goods are carefully packaged and that you obtain a certificate of posting for your records. We would recommend returning the goods via Recorded Delivery. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received back to PURE. We cannot accept return of goods that are not in a saleable condition unless they are faulty.
Step 3: Once your goods have been received and accepted by PURE, a refund will be issued as soon as possible to the card used to make the original purchase. We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible but please allow a maximum of 30 days to receive your refund.
