Delivery Information

We strive to keep the delivery costs to a minimum whilst also ensuring that we use high quality service providers to ensure that your deliveries arrive to you on time and in the best condition.

Orders are FREE via first class deliveries.

All orders placed are processed and delivered as soon as possible, but we would advise to allow 3-5 days for receipt of your order, especially at busy times such as Christmas. 

We have the following delivery options:


Royal Mail 1^st Class Signed Delivery™:

This is the standard delivery type we process for all our orders.

-All orders, including products and gift vouchers are FREE OF CHARGE when delivered by Royal Mail First Class within the UK including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

-All orders are delivered by Royal Mail Recorded delivery and will require a signature upon receipt.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm™:

If you require your goods in a hurry select Royal Mail Special Delivery at the PURE checkout for an additional cost of £6. Including delivery to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Please note: Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may also be subject to delays due to Customs checks. Consequential Loss Cover is not available for items going to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man in terms of Special Delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

PURE Click & Collect: 

Simply order online and pick up in store. Our locations in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen UK, hold a full range of products & gift vouchers available on this site.

Additionally our Ocean Terminal Edinburgh, Silverburn Glasgow and Union Square Aberdeen spas have free parking for convenience and ease. You are welcome to phone ahead to check that we have the products in stock. For contact details please click here.
