Introduction
Unless
stated otherwise, all visits to PURE
Spa at Ocean Terminal and Silverburn include the following complimentary elements to
make your visit more comfortable and relaxing:

full consultation with your therapist.

The
PURE Spa Foot Ritual – a relaxing
foot treatment to get you in the mood to spa!

All
spa guests have the use of loungers and sofas
in the spa relaxation area to chill out and absorb the
effects of the treatments.

All
spa guests will be provided with robe and slippers for
their visit to the spa.

Changing
facilities with showers are provided for your convenience.
-
Light
refreshments are included whilst in the spa.
-
Complimentary
fresh fruit juice or herbal tea after your treatment.
Spa
Atmosphere
The
spa is designed to be a calm and tranquil space for guests to
relax - we therefore ask that you switch off mobile phones
during your visit.
How
much time should you allow at the spa?
We
recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes before your
appointment time so that you can get changed and start to
relax in the spa.
The
times quoted next to each treatment are
for the treatment, foot ritual and consultation only and we recommend that you allow a minimum
of 30 minutes in addition to your treatment time to make
the most out of your visit to the spa.
After
your treatment, you are free to use the relaxation area within
the spa. For the
comfort of all spa guests we ask you to take leave within an
hour of the end of your treatment.

Arrival
Upon
arrival to reception, you will be escorted into the
spa and provided with a robe and slippers.
Your therapist is there to ensure that you are comfortable and
relaxed, so if you require any assistance during your time at
the spa, please don't hesitate to ask your therapist.
Appointments
We
recommend that you book your treatment in advance before
arriving at the spa, although this is not essential.
We respectfully request a debit or credit card number
to confirm the appointment and we ask that you provide 24
hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment (72 hours
for packages).
If you cancel within these times, we will endeavour to
fill the appointment space, but if we are unable to do so, we
will charge the full cost of the treatment to the card number
provided.

Treatment
choices for Spa Packages must be stated at time of
booking. 72 hours notice is required for cancellation of
all spa packages. Day packages must be paid in full in
advance.
Gift
Vouchers
Spa
gift
vouchers make the perfect pampering gift and are available for
all of the PURE Spa therapies and packages. Gift
vouchers can be made out for any treatment, amount or day spa
package, giving
you complete flexibility to make you gift unique. Gift

Enjoy

PURE
Spa at Ocean Terminal has a juice bar providing fresh fruit smoothies, herbal
teas, and cappuccinos. You will find juice bar menus in
the relaxation area. The same choice of refreshments is
also available at Silverburn.
Corporate/Private
Events
PURE
Spa at Ocean Terminal
Edinburgh and Silverburn Shopping Centre Glasgow, is available for
private hire for corporate events or private parties, offering
an exclusive venue for entertaining clients, birthdays or
special occasions.
We can handle arrangements for refreshments, canapés
or cocktails, or conference facilities and dinners with one of
our Ocean Terminal or Silverburn partners.
