Our
infra-red sauna provides an extremely effective heat
treatment. Infra-red saunas differ from traditional
saunas by operating at a lower, more comfortable temperature
of around 40 deg C. The infra red rays heat the body and
not the air and can penetrate the upper layers of the skin to
eliminate toxins under the skin, making it a most effective
treatment for cellulite and general detox. An average
person can expect to burn the equivalent of 800 calories in a
single session. Infra-red saunas promote deep cleansing
and flush many toxins from the body. Regular use will
improve skin and general health as toxins are eliminated from
the body. Please note that this treatment cannot be
added to Hot Stone Therapy.

Hopi

Ear candles are an ancient,
mild and natural therapy and have been used by the Native
American Indian for many years. The Hopi ear candle is a
hollow tube of cotton flax, impregnated with healing extracts
of honey and herb oils. The treatment is very gentle and relaxing
and can help with the treatment of sinusitis, rhinitis,
earwax, earache and irritation of the ears including tinnitus.
It can also be used to treat headaches and migraines.

your hands or feet to PURE indulgence with this warm and
nourishing treatment. Nourishing monoi oils are drizzled
over the hands or feet which are then covered in warm paraffin
wax before being wrapped in warm towels whilst you enjoy a
relaxing scalp massage. The paraffin wax hardens and is
then gently peeled away, leaving your hands or feet silky soft
and smooth.
