Appointments
It
is not always necessary to book an appointment, but if you do, we
recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment
time so that we can get you settled into the salon and introduce
your therapist.
For spa appointments, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to
your appointment.
Men's
Treatments
Many
of the PURE treatments are
suitable for men. We
have marked these treatments with a (M)

Consultation
We
offer clients a free detailed consultation on each treatment area.
Cancellation
Policy
We
respectfully ask for a debit or credit card number to confirm any
appointment lasting more than one hour.
Please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 50%
charge (100% charge for spa therapies). We require at least 72
hours notice for cancellation of spa packages and at least 7 days
notice for cancellation of party bookings.
Any card
numbers are given in confidence and deleted from our records when
you visit for your appointment.

and we would welcome any feedback that you may have - by phone, email
or in person, whichever is easier for you.
