Gift vouchers are presented in a simple white card for you to write your own message in, or for an extra £2.00, can be presented in a stylish gift box. Vouchers for all PURE Spa day and half day packages are presented in a complimentary gift box.

Gift vouchers can be purchased on-line by clicking on PURE Shop, over the phone on 0131 221 9133, via email at info@purespauk.com or by fax on 0131 221 9185.  Please indicate the amount of the voucher or treatment and a contact telephone number, and we will be in touch to arrange the purchase of your voucher.  Payments can be made by Switch, Visa or Mastercard.

Terms and Conditions for Gift Vouchers:

• Vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of issue (although vouchers bought for Christmas presents will be dated from Christmas Day on request).

• No refunds can be given for vouchers.  Damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be accepted.  PURE cannot accept responsibility for loss of vouchers once issued.

• The voucher number must be given to confirm the booking and the usual booking policy applies.

• PURE gift vouchers can be redeemed for treatments at any of our salons at Lothian Road in Edinburgh, Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh or Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow.

• PURE Spa Therapy vouchers and PURE Spa Gift Experiences can be redeemed at PURE Spa in Ocean Terminal Edinburgh or PURE Spa in Silverburn Shopping Centre Glasgow.

• Gift vouchers sold or redeemed are not generally valid in conjunction with special offers or promotions.  Please check specific terms of promotions or offers with your salon.

• Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase items from the PURE website. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for the monetary value or treatment written on the voucher.

• The treatment suggestions given for the redemption of gift vouchers is an indication only.  PURE reserves the right to alter its pricing or substitute or withdraw treatments at any time without further notice.

• This does not affect your statutory rights.
