| PURE Delivery Information
All orders placed are delivered as soon as possible, but we would advise to allow 7-10 days for receipt of your order, especially at busy times such as Christmas. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail recorded delivery or a reputable express courier and will require a signature upon receipt.
If you require your goods in a hurry, we would recommend visiting one of our salons, on Lothian Road in Edinburgh, at Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh, or at Silverburn shopping centre in Glasgow, all of which hold a full range of the stock available on this site. Our Ocean Terminal and Silverburn spas also have free parking and you are welcome to phone ahead to check that we have the products in stock (see useful contact numbers below).
There is free delivery on all gift vouchers, including PURE Spa day and half day packages presented in a presentation gift box. Please note that your gift box will arrive flat packed with instructions for assembly, to prevent damage in the post.
Delivery on products is charged according to the weight of the items being purchased and we strive to keep the delivery costs to a minimum whilst also ensuring that we use high quality service providers to ensure that your deliveries arrive to you on time and in the best condition. You will find that most items on this site weigh between 200g and 500g, which equates to a delivery cost of £2.50. We have provided a table below to show you the approximate delivery cost breakdown.
The delivery cost is calculated automatically when you add products to your basket and is shown at the checkout. If you want to know the delivery cost of an item and are unsure of its weight, simply add the product to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout, where the first screen will tell you the delivery cost. You will not have bought the product at this stage and if you do not wish to make a purchase, simply select the product and click the ‘remove’ button to delete it from your shopping basket. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
