Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask for a debit or credit card number to confirm any appointment lasting more than one hour.  Please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge (100% charge for spa therapies).  We require 72 hours notice for cancellation of spa packages and at least 7 days notice for cancellation of party bookings.  Any card numbers are given in confidence and deleted from our records when you visit for your appointment.
