That's why we are recruiting for a Spa Host to join our exceptional award winning team at PURE Spa & Beauty, Union Square. The Spa Host plays a key role in the salon to supporting both therapist and front of house team to ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered to all clientele and that each client experiences the PURE client journey. As Spa Host you will communicate clearly and confidently at all times and assist the front of house team and generate a positive and welcoming environment to the clients. You will receive clients on arrival and direct them as appropriate, whilst being attentive to their needs at all times, and ensure the salon and spa are well organised, a high standard of cleanliness is adopted throughout the salon and manage time effectively to ensure tasks are prioritised. You will also support reception by covering when required and develop a good working knowledge of client database and telephone manner whilst ensuring high attention to detail at all times.
