Booking Policy |
|
A debit or credit card number is required to confirm all advance bookings and we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice (72 hours for spa packages) if you wish to cancel, to avoid the cost of the treatment being charged. All card numbers given are treated in confidence and deleted from our records when you visit for your appointment. |

Beauty and spa gift vouchers make the perfect pampering gift, whether for someone special on a special day, or a friend to show your appreciation. Gift vouchers are available for all of the PURE beauty treatments and PURE Spa therapies and packages, giving you complete flexibility to make you gift unique. PURE Spa at Ocean Terminal Edinburgh, Silverburn Glasgow and Union Square Aberdeen, is available for private hire for corporate events or private parties, offering an exclusive venue for entertaining clients, birthdays or special occasions. We can handle arrangements for refreshments, canapés or cocktails, or conference facilities and dinners with one of our Ocean Terminal or Silverburn partners. The History of PURE |
|
PURE started life in 2002 with its first beauty salon on Lothian Road in Edinburgh, offering a unique menu of ‘create your own’ beauty treatments, that can be tailored to suit your needs and lifestyle. In 2005, PURE expanded into spas with the opening of Edinburgh’s first Urban Day Spa in Ocean Terminal, Leith, offering PURE Beauty services alongside PURE Spa, a luxurious haven away from the hustle and bustle, where you can experience a spa journey into relaxation and calm. The spa at Ocean Terminal boasts 8 spa therapy rooms, changing rooms and a large spa relaxation area where clients can chill out before and after their chosen spa therapy. In 2007, PURE embarked on its first expansion outside Edinburgh, bringing its unique spa and beauty offering to Glasgow’s largest shopping mall, Silverburn, situated just off the M77, opening in late December. With late night opening until 9pm weekdays, and free parking, PURE Spa at Silverburn offers Glasgow’s shoppers a new and unique concept of relaxation and well-being. 2010 saw PURE moving north, opening their third spa and fourth location, in the Union Square shopping centre in Aberdeen. Featuring a new heat therapy area with Rasul and infra-red sauna, the spa at Union Square is a haven of relaxation and tranquillity right in the heart of Aberdeen city centre, with on site parking and open until 9pm weeknights. Since starting up in 2002, PURE has gone from strength to strength and now employs over 65 staff across its four locations. PURE’s commitment to quality and unique beauty and spa offering has seen it become a finalist for UK Day Spa of the Year and winning Boutique Spa of the Year at the 2011 Professional Beauty Awards, which prizes the most innovative and best spas in the industry. Its partnerships and close ties with brand partners Elemis and REN ensure that, alongside a quality therapy offer, PURE has some of the best beauty products to complement the therapies on offer. In 2010 the business collaborated with three other award winning spas to help with the design and implementation of the Skin Wisdom Day Spa range, a luxurious bath range sold exclusively at PURE locations and Tesco.
